This is one of our project in Philippine – a medium scale copra oil mill, including 20TPD oil extraction line and 10TPD oil refinery line. The daily capacity is processing 20 tons of copra (desiccated coconut) and get 10 tons of refined coconut oil. It is designed for manufacturing edible coconut oil from desiccated coconut (copra).

RBD coconut oil. Coconut kernel is converted into copra before it is expelled and refined for oil production. This is done by first drying the kernel under the sun in an oil mill. To extract coconut oil for extensive food and industrial purposes, dry processing is used.

Copra is valued for the coconut oil extracted from it and for the resulting residue, coconut-oil cake, which is used mostly for livestock feed. It is also used in the manufacture of soaps, detergents and shampoos because it contains high levels of lauric acid, an ingredient that gives soap a quick-lathering property.
