Oil extraction using screw pressing at a temperature below 50 °C resulted in a yield of 41.18–46.28%, followed by centrifugation of the oil at 12,000 rpm for 10 min to remove impurities. The study demonstrated that this method led to a lower PV and a higher oxidative stability index (OSI) [ 17].
